The Full Story


The product's main focus is to offer comprehensive information about gyms in various locations Including detailed profiles for each gym. As well as offering a streamlined process for users to sign up for gym memberships directly through the platform. It also provides healthy recipes and meal plans tailored to specific dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, keto). Additionally proving users with a nutrition tracking system that helps monitor their daily calorie intake.

Mobile App
Create a mobile app to help users find information about gyms and facilitate the sign-up process with user-friendly features. Provide users a comprehensive gym directory for facility details, class, schedules, and membership options
Nutrition
The app will provide a library of healthy recipes categorized by meal type and dietary restrictions that the user can go through. Include recipes with detailed instructions that the user will understand, ingredient lists, and nutritional information for each recipe.
Join Classes
List available group fitness classes by type (e.g., yoga, HIIT, spinning), date, time, and location. Include class descriptions, instructor details, and class capacity information.
Maintaining Health Goals
Allow users to be able to create profiles with personal information, fitness goals, and preferences. And provide options to set fitness goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement.

The app is designed to help users find gyms, sign up for fitness classes, and access information about physical health and nutrition. So the Potential Users or Target Audience may include individuals who face challenges in these areas.


Examined the type of content provided on three platforms, including gym descriptions, class schedules, pricing information, nutritional advice, and educational resources. Additionally, how competitors present information in an engaging and informative manner.

I performed usability heuristic analysis
on these three competitor applications.







I interviewed 7 individuals who have experience signing up for gym memberships and using gym facilities. Providing valuable insight into the users journey and the challenges they face.



Mapping the differences and similarities between participants in the context of their gym experience and what they want the most from it.


Finding out the main concerns of participants


I began to study the level of importance that users place on different aspects related to gym memberships and facility use.
Narrowing it down to five key categories that represent the primary areas of concern or interest for your target audience.
